Survey on NPCA Draft Strategic Priorities

**THIS SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED. CHECK BACK FOR OTHER FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INPUT**

Background

The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) is a natural resource management agency that works to protect, enhance, and sustain healthy watersheds in the Niagara Region, portions of the City of Hamilton and Haldimand County. With 60 years of experience, the NPCA delivers programs and services that focus on environmental conservation, natural hazard management, source water protection, community stewardship, and land management.

The NPCA is developing a new 10-year strategic plan to establish its direction and guide future activities. We are seeking your input on proposed strategic priorities before we begin developing a draft strategic plan. The information collected from this survey will be synthesized and used to help us develop the draft strategic plan. There will be additional opportunities to engage virtually in this project before a strategic plan is completed. Help us shape the future of the watershed!

No personal information (i.e., name, age, or address) will be collected unless you request to be contacted by NPCA staff. Any personal details you do share will not be linked to your answers.

The survey will be open until May 6, 2021. It may take approximately 20 minutes to complete (depending on the amount of time taken for the open-ended questions). Registration is not required to participate; however, you may choose to do so to save your progress and come back to the survey at a later date.

We encourage you to subscribe to this project tile to stay informed for other upcoming engagement opportunities. Contact us at stratplan@npca.ca for more information or to request a paper copy of the survey.
