On May 5, 6, 7, we welcomed community members from across Niagara, Hamilton, and Halton to a series of open houses held along the Lake Ontario shoreline for the Lake Ontario Coastal Resilience Pilot Project.

It was inspiring to see the passion, knowledge, and interest people shared in helping shape the future of our shoreline communities. From personal stories and lived experiences to thoughtful feedback and ideas, this input will help guide the development of a future Coastal Resilience Management Plan for the Lake Ontario shoreline.

🌊 The conversation continues! We look forward to connecting with more communities throughout the summer and seeing everyone again this fall for another round of open houses.
