NPCA Head Office FAQs

The NPCA main office is closed until further notice.

Dear NPCA Guest,

In preparation for your meeting at the NPCA location, we wanted to advise you of our current protocols as they relate to COVID-19.

• You have been provided with a meeting time by the host (a must!). Please arrive on time for your meeting (not early) to assist in avoiding overlap with other appointments/meetings that may be scheduled at the office.
• Please do not bring additional guests to the meeting unless you have advised the host so that we are able to manage capacity.
• Prior to your arrival at our office, please complete the COVID-19 screening form found here: https://www.cognitoforms.com/NiagaraPeninsulaConservationAuthority/_2020COVID19NPCAOfficeAppointmentScreening
• Your declaration in the completion of this form will be required to enter the NPCA meeting facility. All staff and visitor’s on site are required to complete this pre-screening before entering the facility.

Upon Entry into the Building: 

• Upon entry into the building, and in accordance with the Regional Municipality of Niagara facemask by-law, you will be required to don a facemask while in the public portion of the office including the lobby and elevator.
• We also ask that you please use the provided sanitizer upon entry to the building. While face masks are not mandatory in our private meeting space, we encourage you to continue to wear your mask during the meeting.

During Your Meeting:

• While engaged in your meeting at the NPCA office, we ask you to please be respectful of our protocols and occupy the assigned location only to aid in ensuring 6 feet physical distance between all staff and visitors, including not altering the set up of any meeting spaces.
• Our washroom facilities are not currently open to the public, so please plan ahead.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our safety protocols as means to keep our staff and visitors safe and healthy and to support our community in our recovery phase.
